First, thanks for a wonderful intro to data science for my students! This is my third year doing it (I was a beta tester) and it is something I really look forward to doing every year.
I see the dataset being used for these notebooks is from 2020-2021. I'm curious if you plan to update the dataset perhaps for next year. I realize this means a complete overhaul of the notebooks, but I wonder how different the numbers will be after five years. Especially given that the data being used is from a Covid year, I'm thinking the current numbers might be quite different.
