Compatibility with ipad Pro?

I have a student who created an account and then tried to open the first Notebook and the link didn't work. She would click on the link and nothing happens (doesn't even go to the page asking her to Launch). Should her iPad Pro be able to run these Notebooks?

rosselm1 I think I remember from last year there being some compatibility issues with Safari and Canvas. Is this the only student using an iPad? They can try a different browser app in the meantime, like Chrome.
