I've made reference in a few places to some slides for Discussion Questions, as well as quizzes I ask students to complete as they finish each Notebook. I'm through Notebook 3 by now, and I've uploaded my quizzes to a shared Google Drive folder here.
The quizzes were originally made in my own school's Canvas LMS, so their formatting may not work as-is, but I tried to distill the most salient points of each Notebook into my quiz questions. My students can retake these quizzes as many times as they want to get a score they're satisfied with.
